The following are some of the comments from customers who have bought the tape. These have been posted with their permission.
"I have seen some of Karen's grooming she
does a fabulous job, I believe she had shown for Diane Finch at the time. Actually
this will be a gift to my Handler, not that she doesn't groom nicely, a lot
of people ask her to help them, this way though she can really talk about a
Video, and they will be able to do it on their own."

"I received the video very quickly after the
shipping date. Thank you. As a fellow hairstylist I found it very easy to follow
Karen's technique. I was happy that she went into some detail about what types
of shears she was using and why. This video took some of the mystery out of
grooming and trimming show dogs. Now we all just need dogs as well behaved as
Candie's (haha).
Thank you again Karen, for making the video, and FoxxLanePoms for making the
video available to those of us who needed it. Hope to see you all in the show
ring someday."

"Yes, I received my video and I am satisfied
with it. The grooming demonstration was very good, and used a different cutting
technique than I have already seen. It had some very good points that to me,
seemed easier to accomplish. My only wish about the video, is that there was
a little more clarity with the tools being used to groom the dog. For example,
I wasn't sure if it was the scissors being used, or the thinning shears - -
-on some parts of the video. Kudos go out to the Pom on the grooming table -
-he was a very well behaved boy!! I'm not sure if this video was intended more
for experienced folks, or beginners like myself. Other than that point, it was
a very good video and I learned some more great tips on how to groom my Pom.
Thank you very much for reading this!
Warm Regards, Patricia Heintzman"
"I am sorry that I didn't e-mail you when
I received the video. I really enjoyed it. I have watched it every day since
I got it and am now ready to give Baby Sue a major hair cut. Sue is a 7 1/2
pound Pomeranian that was in the front of the line when they passed out the
coats. He looks like he weighs 10 or 11 pounds. I hope to get him groomed this
weekend. I also have the tape by Christine Heartz. Even though I have Christine's
tape I got a lot out of my new tape. I like the way the tape tells you how to
set lines and how each one fits into the next area. Yes, you can use my name
as a satisfied customer."
Thanks again,

"Video is very well done, the only thing that
I saw that wasn't addressed was trimming of the ears. Lots of good video angles
and ideas."

"My husband and are new to the world of showing
Poms. We loved the no nonsense approach to grooming a dog. The direction were
clear. Knowing the reasons for doing things took the mystery out of show grooming.
She is very detailed and clear in her demonstration. It was worth every penny.
With the confidence this video has given us we are showing four Poms that we
have groomed ourselves. Something we wouldn't have tried with out the grooming
Video as our guide."

"This video is very easy to follow, a must
for beginning groomers and those of us who sometimes look at an un groomed Pom
and say "Where should I begin?" Everyone who sees it will learn something
they didn't know."

"Hi Pauline,
I apologize for taking so long in viewing the Pom video and getting back to
you. My husband & I finally watched it, and found it very informative, although
the background noise was very distracting, and it was hard to see the trimming
angles with the sun/shade outdoor lighting. I know how hard it is to get a close
up of scissors trimming hair, and the Pom was beautiful and Karen did a super
job explaining. If I had not had some idea of how a Pom should be trimmed it
would have been somewhat hard to follow. Re the background noise, maybe we are
just not used to city noise, we live on 4 acres in the country and its so peaceful
here. So sorry for a mixed commentary, but I am being as truthful as possible
in my own personal opinions. Thank you both so much for making the video and
sending it to me, I will probably have to watch it several times before being
able to do everything on my own but definitely do find it to be a valuable learning
tool for future lessons"

"It is wonderful and Karen did a fine job. It's the first tape
that even a beginner can follow and make their pom look good."

"I received the Pomeranian Grooming Video with Karen Crawford
today. It is excellent. Thank you Pauline and Karen. I can hardly wait and put
Karens wonderful grooming techniques on my own dogs."

Being a hairdresser and new to Pom grooming but not the show
world, I have found this tape to be an excellent teaching tool. The instructions
are simple, easy to follow, and Karen is a wonderful teacher. She demonstrates
techniques that even the most novice person can perform with ease. This tape
definitely takes the fear out of grooming a Pom.

"Although I have been a Poms' owner for several years and
doing the grooming by myself, I found that watching the tape has finally given
me an insight on how to best groom and prepare a Pom for the show ring. I got
nice tips from Karen and understanding on how and why certain techniques should
be used when grooming a Pom.
Thank you Karen and Pauline for such a helpful teaching tool."

"Hi Pauline
Wanted to let you know I love the tape. I never knew how poms were groomed.
I just brush mine and trim around the feet and tail. She is amazing! She made
that look so easy. I tried it Sunday on one of my dogs. I need a lot of practice.
That little dog was wonderful how he stood there and let her do all that to
her. I wish she would do a video on a dog that wont stand still and show
you how to hold them to do their nails. Anyway, I will write again on my progress."

"Hi Pauline
Just wanted to let you know that I received
the tape on Friday. After spending the evening bathing, drying, brushing &
combing my little girl (Penny), we sat down together and watched the video.
My interest in purchasing your video was from a horrible experience I had last
year when I brought my 6 month old pom, (who is now living with my dad) to the
groomer. OMG, she looked awful!!! I wanted to cry. Anyway, to make a long story
short, I ventured out yesterday to groom Penny. Penny is 9 months old and hardly
has the fur of that beautiful little guy who starred in your video. I wasnt
too sure how this was all going to turn out. Penny really needed a hair cut
bad (it was so long she was stepping on it.) Her sides, well I still need some
work on that
it just isnt blending as smoothly as I would like. She
doesnt have that cotton fur (as I call it) like she does on her butt;
its more like a yorkie. Considering that this was my first time, all in
all Penny looks great and a whole lot better than what the groomer did on my
other pom. Her halo, bib and butt look great. In all, the expense of the tape
was well worth the investment and with a little more practice I might be able
to shorten the 8 hours it took to groom her down to an hour
Thanks for the video
"

NOTE: Permission to post: Karen
was nice enough to send me "Before and After" pictures of Penny's
grooming using Karen's video.

"Last week, I mentioned that I had just received the Karen
Crawford grooming video - well, the electronically challenged person that I
am, I "deprogrammed" my vcr and will have to wait for my nephew to
come undo whatever I did. I finally got out my 13 inch TV with the VCR built
into it. Only problem is the screen is so small, I had to sit very close to
watch the video so I wouldn't miss anything.
I love the video - the instructions by Karen are very clear and easy to understand.
I never fully understood the concept of the "circle" until I watched
her groom the pom in the video. Some of the techniques are very similar to those
used in grooming shelties, especially the feet. . . Gismo is entered in the
River City Shows in San Antonio this coming weekend. He should look much better
than he did the last time I groomed him up for show!!..."

"I believe that the video is easy to see and the instructions
are very clear. It would be a great luck to listen in Spanish. I have taught
the video to several breeders-friends. They think that it is very good to learn
other techniques.
Much luck with your poms and much health for all...."
Ángeles Fernandez Sandoval, SPAIN
"Your grooming tape for Pomeranians is the single best
thing I did for myself and our Poms! Your customer service is second to none.
I was amazed at how fast the tape was delivered. The instructions are so easy
to follow and I was delighted at how consistently beautiful our poms looked.
Thank you again!!!"
